Gmail is replacing Microsoft Outlook. All of your current emails and folders from Outlook can be found in Gmail

Google Drive is where you store all your files - pictures, documents, etc. You shouldn't keep files on your desktop or documents anymore - just in Drive.
Google Docs is replacing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and it is built right into Google Drive.
Google Calendar makes it easy to create and share events. We will no longer be using Outlook for any scheduling/meeting purposes.
